See what our clients have to say:

Cindy’s pace was perfect to hold the attention of a large group; in addition her knowledge of DISC was excellent allowing her to answer questions easily and quickly, because she knows the training workshop so well she is able to naturally have fun and engage the audience instead of slide reading as many instructors typically do. Cindy is a perfect fit for this workshop and based on the feedback our entire group agreed! DISC is an ideal workshop for any sales professional or those working with customers in order to gain better insight around specific communication styles.

The ability to see how alike and also how different we all are really struck a chord with me. Understanding the reasons behind the differences is what made this class so useful and worthwhile. Thank you very much for taking the time to speak with us and explain why we behave and work the ways we do. I have high hopes that with this information we’ll be better equipped to establish workable solutions to our communication problems.

The team building experience was great! The fact that this workshop is beneficial not only for our professional development but also our personal development makes it much more dynamic and engaging! Cindy’s energy and passion for DISC is contagious and fun! She is a perfect fit in her role as a DISC facilitator! KUDOS to her! The greatest take-away was being able to recognize another’s behavior style and adapt accordingly to communicate is priceless!

Loved the way that you kept the team engaged. The introduction really helped me to know the team better and understand their interest and motivators. I also liked pulling DISC together at the end into real world scenarios. I need to learn to communicate better in the DISC language that is not my predominant language. Also a key take away was that DISC is not someone’s personality. It is a communication style which is a small part of one’s personality.

Brought together with real examples & scenarios relevant to our world: our communication & behavior style — talking to customers relating to their style; internal customers – work relationships (partner, manager, home office, unknown audience)… How to consider work emails and how they may be interpreted. The workshop was fun and interactive. [My greatest takeaway was that I] need to be more careful and rethink emails before hitting send. Emails are easily misinterpreted… As well as communicating with my partner. Also, to consciously consider my top accounts as well as people in the office and what their style is incorporate this into my communication style with them.

I learned about my own personal strengths and weaknesses. It helped me to realize where I can be most useful within Areas and where I might need some help. I understand other people’s personality traits and now I can call upon them for the help I might need in certain areas.

I thought it was very interesting to see your own behavior patterns spelled out before you as well as others. I liked the interaction amongst the team and the recognition by each of their profiles. I liked the assigned seating by people you did not necessarily work real close to on a daily basis.

Thought session was really good given the moving parts that were introduced late in the game. I thought you did a good job of not overloading the group with several key concepts, points, etc… but kept it focused on the two key surveys and what they ultimately mean. Truthfully, I think the length of the course was really good as it allowed everyone to be fully engaged without feeling like they were missing out or getting bombarded with work. Could be a key learning moving forward when dealing at executive level. 3 to 4 short course days spread over a couple months might be more realistic and productive.

I liked the ability to tie the theory of DISC/Hidden Motivators to actual examples.
